Temporary HR Administrator£21 Per HourHybrid - 2/3 Days London Office Based3 Months

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a Charity to help support them and the team with administration

You would need to be immediately available as they are looking to start this role ASAP.

Key duties:

  • First point of contact, clearing the People team inbox so moving work around, booking rooms and meetings.
  • You will be supporting teams with recruitment, contacting candidates to supporting delivery of learning and development.
  • You will be assisting to write some letters, help with PowerPoints, and tidy up to present Excel spreadsheets and maybe produce graphs.
  • You will be providing support to the whole HR Team so will be range of different duties that could be expected from you.

Experience Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills verbally in the office and using MS Teams.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
