TheVoiceoperationssupportroleprovidesdeploymentandoperationalsupportfortheIPTandtradervoiceinfrastructurewithinthebankbothlocallyandwithintheEMEAoffices.Thenumerousvoiceservicesarehighlyvisibletotheenduserandcriticalintermsofbusinessoperationsandthereforeneedtobedeliveredtoaconsistentlyhighstandardwith100%availabilityandproactivelymonitoredutilisingthevariousmonitoringandalertingtoolsavailable.

Role/PrincipalAccountabilities:

TheroleisprimarilyinanoperationalVoicesupportfunctionwiththeopportunitytobehandsonwithbothVoiceandnetworkingtechnologies,aswellasdrivetheintegrationwithvariousServiceManagementtools.

KeyObjectives:

  • IdeallyshouldhaveknowledgeandexperienceofthevariousVoicetechnologies(primarilyCisco)commonlydeployedwithintheInvestmentbankenvironments.
  • AbilitytodemonstrateeffectivetroubleshootingskillswithintheVoiceare.
  • Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithfrontandbackofficeusersandsupportteams
  • Abilitytofaceofftobusinessandtechnicalstakeholderswithinthebusinessforoperationalactivitiesaswellashaveanappreciationoftheriskassociatedwithavoiceenvironmentandtheregulatorycontrolswithinit
