About the Role:

As a Site Content Producer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional content updates across web and app platforms. You'll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring that our clients content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with their business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver weekly content updates across web and app using the content management system (HP, top navigation, listing page content).
• Effectively manage your workload via Jira, keeping track of ticket statuses as tasks are completed.
• Handle BAU feedback from various teams, ensuring all updates are captured and confirmed with stakeholders.
• Support the execution of SALE content, meeting deadlines for the wider business review and regional differences.
• Maintain and organise the CMS system to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Senior Site Content Producer to test and review new content developments across web and app.
• Conduct ad-hoc competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for new content modules onsite.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience using content management systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools to effectively manage your workload is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to generate new ideas to continually improve the onsite experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot small mistakes in copy or assets.
• Strong independent working skills, allowing you to prioritise your workload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with technical contributors, ensuring timely responses to queries.
• A positive attitude with the ability to stay calm in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
• Keen organisational skills, coupled with a strong eye for detail and a curiosity for technology.
