Sonic Summary

The position is for a Work Planner on a temporary basis, lasting approximately 3 months, with a pay rate of £17.55 per hour plus holiday pay.
The role requires candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in repairs and maintenance, along with front-line customer service skills.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts, and involves hybrid working with 2 days in the office located in Stratford.
Candidates should possess excellent administration skills, be computer literate, and have the ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
In-person training will be provided for 2 weeks in Sidcup before starting the role.

You will be working alongside a team of planners and will be reporting into the operations support team leader. The planners work in shifts over and between the hours of 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday 8am-1pm.

Skills/experience:

Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment and be able to adapt and prioritize
Excellent administration skills and computer literate - DRS/Opti-time experience is desirable.
Repairs and Maintenance knowledge is essential as well as front-line Customer Service experience
Clear ability to communicate both verbally and written.

2 week in-person training will take place in Sidcup. The agile working (2 days in the office - Stratford)
