As a Year 2 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, you will work directly with a young boy with high-functioning autism, providing tailored support in both his behaviour and academic development. You will support him in managing any challenges, using positive reinforcement strategies to help him stay engaged and focused. Your role will also involve pre-teaching key concepts, ensuring he is prepared for lessons, and providing academic support to help him reach his full potential. The ideal candidate will be able to set clear boundaries, provide consistent guidance, and create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
