We are looking for aPatient Transfer Service Driver located in South London. FREC Level 3 required
Pay rate: 13ph
Location: South London
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Shifts: Monday-Friday, sometimes Saturday,12 hours shifts
Main Duties:
Safe Patient Transfer: Safety transport patents between locations in speciallyequipped vehicles, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the journey.
MedicalCare During Transport:Monitoring patients' conditions and provide emergency medical care if necessary, including basic life support, oxygen administration, airway management and other care trained under FREC Level 3 qualification.
Patient Assessment: Conduct initial assessments prior to transport, noting any medical conditions or mobility issues that require special attention during this journey.
Coordination with Medical Teams: Communicate effectively with hospital staff, paramedics and other healthcare professionals, providing thorough handover reports upon arrival.
Documentation: Complete accurate patient transfer records, including documenting medical observations, treatment given and any indicates in transport.
Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that the transport vehicle and medical equipment are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualificationsand experience:
