Join our fast-growing, globally renowned travel company as an EMEA Payroll Senior Specialist! You'll be part of a dynamic team in London, managing payroll functions across Europe, including compensation, tax compliance, and benefits administration for our regional employees.What You'll Do:- Accurately calculate and process payroll across European countries, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.- Maintain precise records, manage employee benefits enrolment, and respond to payroll inquiries.- Stay informed on European payroll legislation changes and collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records.- Contribute to special projects focused on improving payroll efficiency.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with specific expertise in European payroll.- Proficiency in Dutch and/or Italian is preferred- Must have experience in Spain, Italy and Germany- Familiarity with payroll software and strong Microsoft Office skills.- CIPP qualification is a plus.
