- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) and pension contributions.
- Ensure HMRC compliance for PAYE, NIC, and related payroll regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and address employee queries.
- Update HR systems with employee data, contracts, salary changes, and benefits.
- Assist recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, right-to-work checks, and company policies.
- Coordinate and monitor employee benefits programs and support performance reviews.
- Over 4 years’ experience running UK payroll operations.
- Strong UK employment legislation.
- CIPD/ CIPP qualification desirable.
