We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a renowned entertainment group in West London! This role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the European region.

Responsibilities

  • Process fixed and variable payroll data (e.g., new hires, leavers, bonuses) accurately and on time via payroll vendors
  • Collaborate with payroll providers and internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and address escalations
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and legislative payments
  • Approve payroll calculations, banking files, and general ledger entries; produce management and statutory reports
  • Resolve payroll-related queries and legal entity concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform manual payroll calculations and variance analyses as needed
  • Continuously improve payroll procedures, support audit activities, and participate in team initiatives

Requirements

  • Knowledge of employee taxes and benefits; multinational company experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately Available preferred
