The company has a strong presence across Europe, North America, and Asia, managing multi-billion-dollar investments on behalf of institutional and private clients. Role Overview:The Interim Payroll Manager will take ownership of global payroll operations across multiple regions, including UK, North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role requires a strong understanding of international payroll complexities and vendor management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process across multiple international locations.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Processing all elements of monthly and bi-monthly Payroll with precise accuracy in a timely manner, including; joiners, leavers, salary/benefit changes, commissions and bonuses, parental leave, sick pay, pensions etc.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide analysis and insights on compensation costs to support financial planning and decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations, ideally within a global financial services organisation. 
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll legislation, compliance, tax and best practices.
  • Understanding of UK payroll and benefits i.e. issuing P45s, P60s and P11Ds.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present payroll data effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
