- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process across multiple international locations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Processing all elements of monthly and bi-monthly Payroll with precise accuracy in a timely manner, including; joiners, leavers, salary/benefit changes, commissions and bonuses, parental leave, sick pay, pensions etc.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide analysis and insights on compensation costs to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration preferred.
- At least 8+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations, ideally within a global financial services organisation.
- Strong knowledge of international payroll legislation, compliance, tax and best practices.
- Understanding of UK payroll and benefits i.e. issuing P45s, P60s and P11Ds.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present payroll data effectively.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
