Permanent - International Payroll & Benefits Specialist - 4 days a week in office - Central London - £75,000 to £85,000 + bonus - Asset Management

Overview:A leading international Investment Management firm, renowned for its strategic investment and multi-strategy approach is seeking an experienced individual to join their Reward and HR Operations team. If you have strong experience managing international payroll and benefits in a sole role, please get in touch about this unique opportunity. The role:Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll administration for UK, EU and APAC entities
  • Processing payroll changes, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Verifying payroll-related data for complete accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting with US payroll
  • Managing the integrity of the HRIS and payroll data
  • Benefit plan design and renewals
  • Ensuring all benefit programs are compliant
  • Liaising with benefit brokers, benefit administration, and third-party vendors

Skills and experience:You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

  • Significant experience with managing global payroll and benefits in a standalone role.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal international laws and regulations involving payroll and benefits administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Good teamwork and vendor management

Desired Experience:

Analytically driven with high attention to detail to leverage data to support decision-making; competency with ADP and Workday is advantageous.
