Title: International Payroll SpecialistLocation: London EC2M Contract: 6 monthsRate: up to £210 per day  JGA are partnered with a large scale multi national company who are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist on contact basis.  This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in the London office.  Responsibilities:
  • Work Closely with the Assistant and Payroll /Benefit Managers to produce accurate and timely payrolls.
  • Process multiple country payrolls ensuring accuracy and timeliness met.
  • Prepare, audit and validate work for accuracy and reasonability of variance by putting in checks and controls
  • Administer relevant benefits.
  • Verify payroll input and output ensuring pay is delivered and processed accurately.
  • Pro actively provide feedback on issues, themes and trends and addressing issues on the dashboards.
  • Performing end to end payroll and benefits duties for multiple international payrolls ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.  
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years international payroll experience.
  • Experience working with In house and local outsourced Payroll and Benefit vendors.
  • Strong Analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed, technical payroll calculations.
  • Experience with processing benefit and payroll HRI files.
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills and working effectively to deadlines.
