Your new companyA commodities trader based in SW1 is in need of an International Payroll Specialist on a 6-month contract. This business is a global market leader, and you will be working from their high-end Central London head offices. Your new role

  • Support with managing and administering processes of the UK and overseas payrolls, including input of data, instructions to third party providers, and reviewing of output
  • Process and review month end reporting
  • Support with implementation of Workday Payroll
  • Ongoing management of Workday account posting rules to ensure payroll journal accuracy
  • Review and complete various monthly reconciliations and be first point of contact for finance teams
  • Arrange payroll sign-off up to CEO level
  • Reconcile gross pay control on a monthly basis to track and report on variances
  • Deal with queries from employees, managers, HMRC, the bank and third parties as required
  • Review, calculate and process manual payments, including split currency payments monthly

What do you need?Due to the nature of the role, you will preferably have experience working in financial services. You will have experience using Workday Payroll and been involved with or had exposure to workday implementations.
