- Work Closely with the Assistant and Payroll /Benefit Managers to produce accurate and timely payrolls.
- Process multiple country payrolls ensuring accuracy and timeliness met.
- Prepare, audit and validate work for accuracy and reasonability of variance by putting in checks and controls
- Administer relevant benefits.
- Verify payroll input and output ensuring pay is delivered and processed accurately.
- Pro actively provide feedback on issues, themes and trends and addressing issues on the dashboards.
- Performing end to end payroll and benefits duties for multiple international payrolls ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met. Â
- Minimum 2 years international payroll experience.
- Experience working with In house and local outsourced Payroll and Benefit vendors.
- Strong Analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed, technical payroll calculations.
- Experience with processing benefit and payroll HRI files.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and working effectively to deadlines.
