Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process multiple payrolls across several jurisdictions whilst keeping compliant with tax laws, statutory requirements and benefits.
  • Reconciliations between HR, Payroll & Finance.
  • Ensuring payroll data is accurately processed.
  • Be the go to point of contact for all payroll related queries and assist with year end payrolls.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and tax advisors.

Essential experience:

  • Minimum 3 years payroll experience including exposure to international payrolls.
  • Exposure to managing multiple complex payrolls.

Desired Experience:

  • Payroll qualification desired.
  • Experience using Workday desired.
  • Good teamwork and vendor management
