Overview:Working with one of the Top 100's Most Sustainable Corporation in the world, they are seeking an experienced International Payroll Specialist. With their customer-centric focus and globally recognised industry qualifications for every colleague, you will be working with a supportive Payroll Team, reporting into the Global Payroll Manager. The role:As the International Payroll Specialist, your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Processing UK in-house payroll from start-to-finish
  • Overseeing global payroll operations for multiple entities and taking ownership of the French payrolls
  • Ensuring payroll processes comply with country-specific regulations
  • Coordinating payroll data integration between HRIS systems
  • Reconciling payroll outputs
  • Addressing payroll-related queries
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements for each country
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate employee data management and seamless payroll integration
  • Managing relationships with external payroll vendors
  • Conducting regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance

Fluency with the French language, and experience with UK and France payrolls.
