With their customer-centric focus and globally recognised industry qualifications for every colleague, you will be working with a supportive Payroll Team, reporting into the Global Payroll Manager. The role:As the International Payroll Specialist, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Processing UK in-house payroll from start-to-finish
- Overseeing global payroll operations for multiple entities and taking ownership of the French payrolls
- Ensuring payroll processes comply with country-specific regulations
- Coordinating payroll data integration between HRIS systems
- Reconciling payroll outputs
- Addressing payroll-related queries
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements for each country
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate employee data management and seamless payroll integration
- Managing relationships with external payroll vendors
- Conducting regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
