My client in Greater London is seeking an Oracle Fusion Payroll Specialist for a contract role.
The position involves leading payroll configurations and adjustments in Oracle Fusion, with a focus on resolving pay formula issues and providing guidance to payroll staff.
Candidates should have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and a complete understanding of its design, with local authority or school experience being highly desired.
The role offers a salary of £500 per day, negotiable based on experience, and is remote with standard hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Oracle Fusion Payroll Specialist on a Contract basis.

This role will lead on multiple payroll configurations and adjustments in Oracle Fusion.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Remote):

Uncover pay formula issues with current TTO/other pay formulas in Cloud - and propose fixes
Lead from a business perspective on collecting data, benchmarking against other LA formulas, and providing advice on best practice Oracle Cloud design
Leading on guidance and training of current payroll staff on the proposed identification and testing of TTO and absence pay or formula issues - providing detailed guidance notes on findings and proposed solutions
Assist the councils current project lead with automating the current pay uplift process, and moving Pensioners payroll over to a third party provider.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in the configuration and adjustment of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Complete understanding of Oracle Payroll design.
Ability to understand requirements and make the appropriate adjustments.
Local Authority and/or School experience is highly desired.

What's on offer:

Salary: £500 per day, inside IR35
