- Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner using Oracle systems.
- Ensuring compliance with local and national payroll and tax standards.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries.
- Participating in payroll system upgrades and testing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
- Coordinating with HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Conducting internal audits of payroll accounts as needed.
Profile
A successful Oracle Payroll Specialist should have:
