A part time Payroll Specialist is needed to provide comprehensive payroll service in the renewable energy industry and support the accounting & finance department in a temporary to permanent role based in London.

Description

  • Processing and managing payroll transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Coordinating with HR to verify employee data.
  • Managing queries related to payroll from employees and management.
  • Assisting in end of year tasks such as P60 distribution.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proficient skills in payroll software, MS Excel, and other financial systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and procedures.
