Description
- Processing and managing payroll transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
- Coordinating with HR to verify employee data.
- Managing queries related to payroll from employees and management.
- Assisting in end of year tasks such as P60 distribution.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proficient skills in payroll software, MS Excel, and other financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
