- Oversee payroll operations for the UK and Ireland, ensuring data accuracy and acting as the escalation point for queries.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team on payroll liabilities, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage tax-related processes, including P11D, P60, PSA, and Enhanced Reporting Requirements for Ireland.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports for senior management and design annual payroll calendars.
- Support HR systems by providing ADP training and managing expat payroll and tax returns.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with ADP as an outsourced payroll provider and strong technical expertise in platforms like Microsoft Office, ADP, and Oracle.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with advanced numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and performing under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards.
