JGA is thrilled to collaborate with a prestigious luxury retail brand in their search for a Payroll, Benefits, and People Analytics Manager to join their team on a 14-month fixed-term contract.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll operations for the UK and Ireland, ensuring data accuracy and acting as the escalation point for queries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team on payroll liabilities, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage tax-related processes, including P11D, P60, PSA, and Enhanced Reporting Requirements for Ireland.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports for senior management and design annual payroll calendars.
  • Support HR systems by providing ADP training and managing expat payroll and tax returns.
About You:
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience with ADP as an outsourced payroll provider and strong technical expertise in platforms like Microsoft Office, ADP, and Oracle.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with advanced numerical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and performing under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards.
