We are currently representing a global professional services organisation who are looking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, this role will oversee a payroll administrator and will take responsibility for managing all elements of the UK payroll.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the inhouse UK payroll, processed on a monthly basis
- Day to day support and supervision of the payroll assistant
- Month and year end processing duties
- Assisting the Reward Manager in overseeing global benefits
- Harmonisation and modernisation of benefits
- Auto enrolment pension management
Experience required:
- Excellent inhouse UK payroll & benefit experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience of working within a professional services environment
This role is on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days in the London office & 2 days working from home.
