Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a luxury retail brand on their search for a Payroll & Benefits Officer to join their team on a 6 month FTC to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Payroll Manager supporting with a high volume payroll (1,000 + employees across Head Office and Stores)
  • Work with HR to ensure compliant Payroll & HR data
  • Set up system (SAP HR) for starters, leavers, amendments, sickness, absence, maternity, paternity, variable cashand hours payments, benefits, etc
  • Be the guarantor of SAP HR data quality at all times, ensuring correct information is logged to enable the monthly payroll to be processed on time and error free, whilst also enabling associated tools to work successfully.
  • Monthly reporting to benefit providers.
  • Assist with processing payroll to ensure that all staff receive accurate and timely payment on a monthly basis.
  • Assist employees with the wealth of information available on our Intranet on Pay, Benefits, Tax, NI, etc.
  • Any other duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years Payroll experience within a high volume environment
  • Exceptional knowledge of UK Payroll legislation
  • Retail payroll experience will be highly beneficial
  • SAP HR experience will be highly beneficial

All successful candidates must be available to start a role immediately/on short notice and be able to commit to a 6 month fixed term contract based in London, please note sponsorship is not on offer for this role

This role is based in Central London (Hybrid working)
