A small niche financial services business is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This role will support the Payroll Manager and sit as part of the wider HR function.

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Assit with a monthly payroll processing for c500 employees
HMRC submission
Calculating statutory deductions & performing manual calculations when required
Managing and administering company benefit schemes
Liaising with benefits providers and brokers
Launching new schemes, resolving any associated queries
Supporting with payroll related projects
Acting as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager
