My client are a global FMCG brand who are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their London team on an interim 6 month FTC. You must be immediately available and have experience in using Workday. They have an important integration project that this role will lead on, so experience integrating a payroll system with Workday is highly advantageous.

This role will work closely with the wider HR team, supporting on some HR administrative duties in relation to their systems and payroll. You will also look after benefits administration so an interest in this is ideal.

Other duties will include:

  • Leading on the integration of their HRIS Workday and their payroll system Safeguard
  • Preparing and running monthly payroll support across the UK business
  • Ensuring starters, leavers and holiday pay is all calculated and inputted correctly
  • Assisting with maternity, paternity and holiday figures
  • Staying updated and knowledgeable with payroll regulations, tax laws and compliance requirements
  • Updating the benefits platforms and assist employees with auto-enrolment queries

Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as well as communication skills. You must be available to complete the full contract for 6 months and they are open to full-time or part-time hours (min 4 days a week). This role will be 2-3 days a week in their London office.
