Payroll Officer

Location: Central LondonSalary: £32,000 - £37,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our dynamic and friendly Payroll team. This role is based in our Central London office and supports hybrid working, with three days in the office each week (subject to business needs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering pensions, including providing advice on best practices.
  • Supporting team members with NHS pensions and other pension-related queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with pension regulations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with payroll tasks and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

About You:We’re looking for someone with:

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, particularly NHS pensions.
  • Previous experience in payroll and pension administration.
  • Familiarity with both public and private sector payroll processes is advantageous, particularly organizations with NHS pension scheme members.
