As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees across multiple regions. You will work closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to the workforce.

Description

  • Process monthly payroll for UK-based and international employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including new joiners, leavers, bonuses, overtime, and statutory deductions (e.g., tax, pensions, National Insurance).
  • Manage and respond to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration of payroll with benefits and other employee services.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal and external audits.
  • Stay informed of changes in payroll legislation and ensure the firm remains compliant.

Profile

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and practices (international payroll experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
