Payroll Administrator | Music & Entertainment Industry

£33,000 Pro-Rata

Hybrid - 1 Day in Central London Office (Flexible, Friday Required)

Part-time - 20 hours per week

We’re excited to be working on a part-time opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a well-established professional services firm in the music and entertainment industries.

This flexible role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional looking to manage multiple client payrolls in a structured and supportive environment.

This is a key position within the payroll team and will play a vital role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance while liaising with HMRC and pension providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage weekly and monthly payrolls for multiple clients
  • Ensure all payrolls are completed accurately and on time
  • Submit payroll data to HMRC and manage PAYE-related tasks
  • Handle pension contributions and compliance with providers
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with payroll queries from internal teams
  • File RTI reports and other necessary payroll documentation

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll processes
  • Experience using Sage 50 Payroll and/or CCH is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple payrolls simultaneously
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
