Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all team members.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.
- Support cross-functional teams and broader business needs as requested.
- Ensure payroll data integrity, security, and adherence to SOX controls.
- Assist with Year-End processing and handle ad-hoc requests from other departments.
Skills Required:
- Extensive payroll experience with knowledge of payroll and pension legislation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve problems creatively.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills, ensuring adherence to payroll deadlines.
- Proficient with Excel and Zellis HCM/ResourceLink payroll system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
