Job Title: Payroll AdvisorLocation: LondonJob Type: Hybrid workingSalary: £32,000 JGA are partnered with a global business that are urgently seeking a Payroll Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. After training you will enjoy hybrid working, 3 days office and a host of company benefits. Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all team members.- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.- Support cross-functional teams and broader business needs as requested.- Ensure payroll data integrity, security, and adherence to SOX controls.- Assist with Year-End processing and handle ad-hoc requests from other departments.Skills Required:- Extensive payroll experience with knowledge of payroll and pension legislation.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve problems creatively.- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills, ensuring adherence to payroll deadlines.- Proficient with Excel and Zellis HCM/ResourceLink payroll system.- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.Interested?
