- £31,000 p/a plus 5% Bonus (Hybrid)
- Working with the team to ensure all team members are paid accurately and on time
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers
- Provide support to cross functional teams as requested
- Ensure integrity and security of all payroll data
- Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the department
- Maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company
- Assist with Year End processing for multiple companies
- Support other departments with any ad-hoc requests
- Payroll experience
- Experience of working in a team
- Experience working in a fast paced working environment
- The ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
- Continuous improvement and curious mindset
- Knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and compliance
- Adherence to payroll and statutory deadlines
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise whilst working to tight deadlines
- Strong diligent analytical skills to breakdown problems
- Experience of Zellis HCM/ResourceLink payroll system
