The role of the Analyst is to effectively process the European payrolls for the EMEA region which consists of the UK, Germany, Luxembourg and Spain payrolls as well as working closely with the wider HR, finance and equity teams. The role will also work on wider benefits project alongside payroll.

Description

Working within the HR team, your will have a varied role covering Payroll, Benefits and HR.

Duties include:

  • Designated point of contact for payroll & benefits related queries and coordination of the European payroll inbox
  • Support the day-to-day processing of allocated European Payrolls including the collating and uploading of all payroll adjustments into the payroll system for each region
  • Support the monthly payroll on-boarding process, by adding all 'new joiners' to the relevant country's payroll in a timely manner
  • Completion of all payroll administration relating to maternity, paternity, adoption and/or shared parental leave
  • Support the preparation and submission of all statutory reporting documentation in each European country where a centralised payroll is run (e.g., P60's, P11D's, ERS reporting etc)
  • Work with the global team on any payroll related projects (workday payroll implementation, payroll transitions)
  • Respond to payroll and benefit requests generated via tickets
  • Provide employee assistance with self-service transactions within Workday
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll/benefit processes
  • Ensure all new starters are added to, and leavers are removed from relevant company benefit schemes and ensure these feed through to payroll
  • Collate benefit data for annual compensation cycle
  • Manage the benefit providers list and ensure all points of contact are up to date

Profile

Workday Payroll systems experience is ESSENTIAL
