Payroll and Pensions Specialist, 6 month FTC - Leading Regulator - Remote - £52,000This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Payroll and Pensions Specialist with experience of reviewing payroll and pension services. Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Reviewing the current Payroll & Pensions service
  • Looking at potential Payroll arrangements which will consider both internal and external provision
  • Making recommendations for improvements to ensure efficient processes are in place across both the People and Finance teams
  • Developing potential system changes
  • Establishing and co-coordinating the Steering Group made up of the People and Finance teams

You should be an experienced Payroll Manager or Payroll Specialist with a track record of reviewing and implementing improvements to payroll and pensions processes in the not for profit, charity or public sectors. Experience of working with HR and Finance systems (Oracle would be ideal) needs to be combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
