JOB TITLE: Payroll Assistant

LOCATION: Woolwich

SALARY: £28,000- £30,000 per annum

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm

HYBRID- 2 days at home/ 3 days in office after passing probation

We're teaming up with the Finance Manager of this dedicated and passionate business to find a new member to join their team. You will manage around 100 clients- from 1 person teams up to larger businesses where you will be responsible for managing the payroll and calculating any deductions etc.This is a lovely role for a candidate who would like to work outside London in a hybrid position with lots of other brilliant benefits.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

· Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly payroll for 100+ clients

· Liaising with HMRC

· PAYE/ National Insurance/ Construction Industry Scheme, NEST pensions, Bonuses

· Communicating with clients and managing their expectations

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

· Experience overseeing entire payroll function

· Accountancy Practise experience essential

· Immediate availability preferably- The role is permanent but can start immediately

· Excellent IT skills
