Payroll Specialist

Oakleaf is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded financial services firm, who are seeking a Payroll Specialist, on a permanent basis. You will be playing a key role in processing end to end UK & French payroll, while assisting with projects when required.

The Payroll Specialist responsibilities:

  • Deliver payrolls within agreed SLA's, ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls.
  • Manage shadow payrolls for expatriate employees.
  • Process benefit and pensions from a payroll perspective.
  • Working closely with payroll providers as a third party, to help main relationships.
  • Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships.
  • Assist with the continued streamlining and process improvement activities & projects.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years UK payroll experience.
  • Experience in Fench payroll.
  • Experience working in a very fast paced financial services (or similar) environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Be service driven, with a high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Must be commutable to London.
