We've been engaged on a Payroll Officer search for a Five-Star London hotel. The role is an initial 6 month contract, with a good possibility for extension.

The role is based in central London and offers hyrid working

The successful candidate will be Immediately Available and have significant Payrolling experience, working within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage payroll for all hotel employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Handle payroll queries, adjustments, and reporting in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
  • Maintain meticulous payroll records and assist in payroll audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, pensions, and other statutory deductions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, ideally within the hospitality sector or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and UK payroll legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
