Our client an international organisation is transitioning to a new payroll as a new global HRIS and payroll provider with the implementations running through to April 2025. They are looking to bring in an experience International Payroll Specialist to take over the running of the existing payrolls. They ideally need someone who has worked on CloudPay before and hs experience with some of the countries they operate ideally UK, US and China. This is a fixed term contract with a high possibility of it getting extended.

This is also a Hybrid working role, but they will consider fully remote working if you live in the UK and cant commute weekly to the office in London.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years payroll experience including international payroll experience.
  • Experience using Cloudpay
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to lead by example and has detailed knowledge of the payrolls
  • Detailed knowledge of tax regulations including knowledge of statutory and pension returns and year end processes
  • Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines and performing duties under pressure
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge to Intermediate level
  • Ability to see through tasks fully with minimal support ensuring team lead is kept fully informed
