Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all staff.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee records.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Lead process improvement initiatives in payroll systems.
- Manage relationships with external payroll vendors.
- Oversee year-end payroll activities such as P60 distribution.
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
- SAP, Oracle and iTrent exposure
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and HMRC regulations.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to handle queries and build relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
