We are recruiting a payroll specialist for a tech firm. This role will start asap and will be until the end of the year.

Fully remote working.

This will be managing payroll for 3 companies.

This role is part time, 3 days per week. You must work Monday and Wednesday the 3rd day is flexible.

  • Processing monthly payroll for 3 entities - c. 300 employees
  • Collating and processing all UK payroll data
  • Preparing monthly payroll reconciliations
  • Working closely with HR team to ensure all payroll data is captured and resolve any system or process issues
  • Managing the payroll in-box, handling employee queries, liaising with HR at head office, and other bodies (HMRC, Pension Regulator, etc)
  • Completing Year End procedures and producing P60s

You must be available for work immediately.
