We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to join a Global Financial Services firm and growing team. The role will play a key part in the running the UK and international payrolls.

The Payroll Specialist responsibilities will include:

  • End to end running of the UK in-house payroll, including expatriate payroll.
  • Support the running of international outsourced payrolls.
  • Support all payroll month and year end reporting activities.
  • Administer company benefits and pension schemes.
  • Ensure that all the relevant deadlines are met and that the payments are reconciled and made on time.
  • Support various internal and external audits.
  • Work closely with other internal teams including benefits, global mobility, and wider HR.
  • Liaise with and manage external providers.
  • Shared responsibility for maintaining the team mailbox and answering queries.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • UK In-house payroll experience essential. Ideally within a financial services environment.
  • International payroll experience essential (including French payroll).
  • Experience using ADP iHCM and Workday systems desirable.
  • Understanding of financial services industry and regulations desirable.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to search for an answer before asking for help.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
