Ideally looking for someone who has worked with a book of clients and used BrightPay. All about the company I would be working for! Job Title: Payroll Specialist - utilising BrightPay What they do: Accounting organisationSize of the business: Global and growing!Hybrid: London (2-3 day in the office ideally, but open to discussion)Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (some wiggle room D.oE) UPS: Incredible growth opportunities in the business. Great Benefits and Pension Scheme. What would I be doing day to day? Organisation recently offering Payroll services to clients. Joining a team of 2 payroll professionals, responsible for running varied payrolls of a growing client book. Main responsibilities include:

Managing complex payroll for book of clients
Accurately process statutory payments
Fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders
Authorising BACS, summary reports and analyses
Bright Pay
Submitting accurate/timely tax filings
Overseeing accurate P60’s and P11d’s
Partnering with IT on system upgrades

What is the company looking for?

Experienced payroll specialist and utilised BrightPay
Stakeholder Management skills and worked across a book of clients
Experience going through a payroll implementation is preferred
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Complex manual calculations. Essential
CIPP Foundation Degree minimum.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and time manage effectively
