Payroll Specialist *Permanent* up to £40k + bonus

Your new roleAs the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing full multi-payroll cycles from start-to-finish
  • Ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with the payroll system
  • Supporting the Finance team during audits by providing relevant payroll information
  • Coordinating with the Finance department on reconciliations and reporting
  • Accurate processing of payroll, salary calculations, statutory payments, tax, pensions and other deductions
  • Assisting with year-end payroll processes including P60s, P11Ds and tax end reports
  • Liaising with external providers for benefits and pension administration as needed

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong end-to-end UK payroll processing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with ADP iHCM and advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Experience with pension and benefits administration is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar position within a fast-paced and commercial environment
