An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Supervisor to join an established team and support the Payroll Manager.
As the Payroll Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, supporting the Payroll Manager and Finance Department with various payroll-related functions, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and enhancing operational efficiency.
Location - North West London
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information and payroll calculations.
- Action payment and deduction types.
- Liaise with internal stake holders and build effective relationships.
- Maintain holiday and sickness records, including leave of entitlement due and the relevant calculations.
- Process starters and leavers and issue P45 certificates.
- Calculate pension contributions and ensure latest Automatic Enrolment legislation is adhered.
Skills/Experience required
- Previous experience providing start to finish processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
- Some supervisory experience
- Detail orientated
