An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Supervisor to join an established team and support the Payroll Manager.

As the Payroll Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, supporting the Payroll Manager and Finance Department with various payroll-related functions, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and enhancing operational efficiency.

Location - North West London

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information and payroll calculations.
  • Action payment and deduction types.
  • Liaise with internal stake holders and build effective relationships.
  • Maintain holiday and sickness records, including leave of entitlement due and the relevant calculations.
  • Process starters and leavers and issue P45 certificates.
  • Calculate pension contributions and ensure latest Automatic Enrolment legislation is adhered.

Skills/Experience required

  • Previous experience providing start to finish processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Some supervisory experience
  • Detail orientated
