Ashley Kate HR are working with a client who are looking to recruit a People and Payroll Coordinator.

  • Term - Permanent
  • Salary - £33k - £38k FTE (Depending on experience)
  • Working pattern - 4 days in the office/ 1 day working from home (Friday)
  • Location - London (WC)

The role:

The People and Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the HR team, providing comprehensive support across the full HR/ employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide full administrative support across the HR/ employee lifecycle
  • Acting as a key POC for HR related matters/ issues
  • Ensuring the completion of onboarding of new starters
  • Offboarding/ leavers administration
  • Drafting probation letters and contracts of employment
  • Completing compliance checks such as RTW, references and credit checks
  • Supporting with recruitment and talent attraction activities
  • Payroll administration

Looking for:

  • Proven experience at HR administrator or assistant level
  • Experience of working across the breadth of HR
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR and HR related processes.
  • Possess working knowledge of HR Information Systems - Bamboo HR, preferred
  • CIPD qualified, advantageous
