A leading recruitment agency in central London is looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their fantastic team! This is a great opportunity for someone with high-volume payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing for 1,200 contractors
  • Process timesheets and manage payroll inbox
  • Handle billing adjustments and resolve payroll queries
  • Provide cover for the Payroll Team Leader and support junior team members

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment agency payroll (ideal)
  • High-volume and multi-currency payroll experience (preferred)
  • Strong manual payroll calculation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Approachable, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • You MUST have experience within a recruitment environment - NOT an umbrella company
