Senior Payroll Analyst *Permanent* Consultancy

Your new companyA leading multinational consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their collaborative team. Known for their operational expertise, they have exciting plans for further global expansion as one of their upcoming projects. With a vast network of worldwide professionals and a well-established presence, you will have the opportunity to operate in their stunning office in London. Your new roleAs the Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support within their HR team for the entities they cover involving the onboarding, payroll and benefits administration
  • Assisting with the global team on any payroll-related projects which includes implementation and payroll transitions
  • Completion of all monthly payroll, processing all joiners and leavers from the relevant country's payroll
  • Preparing and submitting all statutory reporting documentation in each EMEA country where centralised payroll is run
  • P60s, P11Ds, ERS, reporting, etc.
  • Annual payroll audit, year-end payroll reporting, analysing any relevant payroll data
  • Acting as a point of contact for any payroll and benefit queries and managing the EMEA inbox

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience, EMEA exposure is advantageous
  • High proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated to resolve problems and maintain confidentiality to the highest level of discretion
  • System knowledge of Workday
