We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance Department in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and finance within the property industry.

Description
- Manage payroll functions and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee payroll-related tax compliance activities.
- Work closely with HR to align payroll and HR procedures.
- Prepare reports for senior management on payroll matters.
- Communicate with employees about their pay and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislations.
- Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing.
- Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.
Profile
Qualifications/Education Required.
- CIPP Qualified (essential)
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
Systems & IT competence
- Excellent Excel and Word skills (essential)
- SSP, SMP, SPP & SPL (essential)
- SAP / Working Life experience (desirable)
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
- 10 years payroll experience in a specialist role.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
