We are working with an organisation in the manufacturing sector based in West Drayton who are currently seeking an experienced payroll professional to join them on a 12 month FTC.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the project to outsource the payroll and transition to a new payroll vendor
- Support with the implementation of a new T&A system
- BAU management of the UK payroll & a small EMEA payroll
- Undertake year end procedures
- Manage the pension & liaise with pension providers
Experience required:
- Previous experience of leading on a payroll outsourcing project
- Excellent UK payroll legislation knowledge
- Experience of hourly payroll using a T&A system
- Payroll systems experience - the use of integrated HR & Payroll systems
