Our client, a successful entertainment company, is seeking a聽National Radio Plugger聽to promote music, using their wide-ranging knowledge of genres covering electronic dance music.

Key responsibilities will include:

路 Building and maintaining strong relationships with producers, DJs, and Heads of Music.

路 Representing the company by attending gigs and events.

路 Arranging plugging appointments on a weekly basis.

路 Securing airplay for artists including interviews, sessions, and features.

路 Producing engaging press releases, and covering promotions.

路 Attending client meetings.

路 Attending and managing artist promotions when secured.

路 Producing client reports.

路 Curating a roster and finding new artists to work with.

路 Owning personal financial targets.

路 Contributing to wider radio department strategy and company objectives.


Requirements:

路 Previous experience in a similar position.

路 Genuine passion for radio and interest in music.

路 Experience using Radio Monitor is advantageous.

路 Commercial awareness of the market and music industry.

路 Able to establish and maintain contacts, using excellent communication skills.

路 Happy working as part of a team.

路 Able to develop strategies for campaigns.

路 Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
