About the Role:As a Senior Motion Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the motion design language across various platforms. Your creativity will help drive digital transformation and create accessible, engaging public services that resonate with users.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling motion graphics and animations.
  • Animate, edit, and optimise motion elements to ensure alignment with project vision.
  • Conceptualise ideas through style frames, storyboards, and animatics.
  • Lead the motion design workflow, managing assets and ensuring organised collaboration.
  • Work closely with accessibility specialists to create inclusive designs.
  • Transfer knowledge and provide handovers to support team growth.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design with a strong graphic design background.
  • Proven ability to create static and motion graphics for multichannel platforms.
  • Expertise in dynamic motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in prototyping tools such as Principle and Figma.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and video editing tools.
  • Solid understanding of file formats, codecs, and optimisation techniques.
