**Visual Designer** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months(Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 days per week on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for visual design? We're looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team and elevate the design consistency and craft of our commercial website. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces using Figma, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure cohesive design objectives.
Address and resolve design and technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practises into your design work.
Become an expert on the B2B public website, focusing on enhancing user experience and engagement.
Conduct peer reviews and desk research with your project lead to identify gaps and opportunities in web content.
Propose and develop compelling visual designs that support agreed requirements while managing stakeholder feedback.
Share knowledge and contribute to improving design methods as an active member of the team.

Skills & Experience:

A strong understanding of the design restrictions of Adobe Content Management System and the ability to design accordingly.
Expertise in owning visual identity across commercial website pages, ensuring adherence to design standards.
Experience with wireframing public websites and familiarity with user-centred design methodologies.
Proficiency in Figma or other relevant design tools.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
An innovative mindset that seeks to push boundaries, while also being adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the business.
